First claim I filed they denied saying I had a 60 day waiting period of which I was never told about from the sales rep. So I had to pay for that one completely out of pocket. We filed a claim on the brand new ac unit we had for the thermostat that was also less than 6months old because it just stopped working. Due to the unit being new they covered nothing. I was told by multiple reps and a manager that since we had a new unit that they wouldn’t cover it because it was under manufactures warranty.
